Login Request

A punchout user will go from their procurement to your eCommerce and we'll log them in automatically.

Cart synchronization

Once done shopping they will be able to return the shopping cart contents back to procurement.

Order Request

After internal approval the order will be sent back from procurement and created in eCommerce.

Electronic Confirmation

We can optionally confirm back to procurement that there is stock and the order will proceed to fulfillment.

Shipping Notice

When the item has been shipped and a tracking code is available, we can update procurement with that info.

Automated Invoices

As a last step of the journey we can invoice for products purchased and even automate credit notes.
